While it’s location may be deceiving, Richland is known as the “banana belt” of Baker County. Sunshine and mild temps abound and sitting along the shores of Brownlee Reservoir and at the southernmost part of the Wallowas, Richland is known for its friendly folk and outdoor accessibility. It’s a great place to mingle with locals and stop for some food.
