Water Rentals

The Trailhead offers SUP, kayak, and inner tube rentals to get you on the water this summer. We also have dry bags, gear-towing wagons, and chairs available for rent. Please check back in late spring for more information about our summer 2022 rental program.

Phillips Lake Recreation Area

A family-friendly reservoir located just 20 miles southwest of Baker City, the Phillips Lake Recreation Area has boating, paddling, and other water opportunities for all ages.

Pilcher Creek Reservoir

The Pilcher Creek reservoir is located in North Powder, at the foothills of the Elkhorn Mountains. This area includes 17 primitive camping sites and a boat ramp.

Wolf Creek Reservoir

The Wolf Creek reservoir is located in North Powder, at the foothills of the Elkhorn Mountains. This area includes picnic areas and a boat ramp.

Brownlee Reservoir

Brownlee is a nearly 60 mile reservoir on the Snake River. From Baker City, a popular access point is to drive down to Richland and nearby Hewitt Holcomb Park.
